Psychosocial Recovery Coach

A recovery coach will assist in finding mental health supports as they have a more complex knowledge of mental health and the impact that may result on a person’s everyday lives.

Short-term assistance to implement your NDIS plan, including identifying service providers and negotiating Service Agreements.

 Our Positive Behavioural Support Specialist engage with participants and their families to assist in developing an individualised positive behavioural support plan to reduce any identified challenging behaviours. Our behavioural support specialist’s work with their participants to identify and reduce their triggers whilst working to create new positive replacement behaviours. Our behavioural support specialist have a strong belief that all people with disabilities have the right to choose their own life path and they are simply there to assist with those choices.

Behavioural Management Plan including Training in Behaviour Management Strategies

Training for carers and others in behaviour management strategies required due the participant’s disability.

Specialist Behaviour Intervention Support

Intensive support used to address significantly harmful or persistent behaviours of concern. Behaviour support requires a behaviour support plan to be developed that aims to limit the likelihood of behaviours of concern developing or increasing once identified.
